I've applied security updates overnight; let me know if you encounter any problems.
The Chesmont Astronomical Society is a non-profit amateur astronomy club that exists to observe the night sky and to talk about what we have seen. We meet each month off Route 100 between Exton and Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and we observe every dark window and every other chance we can get! Please read our About Us pages for more information.
CAS is a proud member of the Astronomical League.

Ultra-Fast Dobs
Though I haven't looked through Josh's scope yet, I did make a trip to Webster to see the 24" which is pretty much finished. It has a Kennedy 3.6 mirror, an EP height (zenith) of 81", and is just one or two steps maximum on a ladder. Eric informed me he's working on a 28" 2.55 Lockwood (wow!), which would be ladderless viewing. The Paracorr II is apparently at least partially responsible for continuing to push the limit of fast dobs - albeit at a price. Anyone interested in a large aperture short scope should make the appropriate contacts.
