Our next club meeting is Sunday the 19th and titled "Size Does Matter, The Astronomy Adventures of Three Amigos in West Texas" - This travelogue and observing presentation will be in three parts: our experiences at the 35th Annual Texas Star Party and Fort Davis, TX related events (including trips to the McDonald Observatory, Fort Davis National Historic Site, Davis Mountains State Park and Alpine, TX), second, our visit with the owner of a very large telescope, and third, we amateur astronomers' discussions of the most interesting "usual" and "unusual" astronomical objects observed.
