From Dave Hokenberry:

I am the program director for Chester County Astronomical Society. We are bringing "Uncle Rod" Mollise into town March 9th to speak, and we wanted to get the word out to anybody in the area who might be interested in hearing him speak on the Past, Present, and Future of the SCT. He hosts Uncle Rod's Astro Blog and the Meade Uncensored site on Yahoo, and is an entertaining author and speaker. Please circulate this to your membership - admission if free, of course! Any questions please contact me at the e-mail above.

Clear Skies, Dave Hockenberry

Update

Update from Dave Hockenberry:

Our meetings start at 7:00 PM in the Merion Science hall on the campus of
West Chester University. At 7 there is usually a video from the Alex
Philipanko astro series that runs until 7:30, then we usually get started
with the speaker. So the answer is 7:30 PM. I will try to attach to
this directions and a map that might be helpful...let me know if you
need anything else.

Thanks for your help! We are actually going to some time and expense to
get speakers like Uncle Rod, and it would be a shame if he came all this
way from "Possum Swamp" for a mediocre turnout. Hope to see you there!!

Clear Skies,

Dave Hockenberry

Re: Special Presentation by

My son and I follow Uncle Rod and his escapades. I wrote an article for his last newsletter.

It'll be great to meet him in person. Thanks for setting this up!

Re: Thanks

Make sure you thank Dave, not me. All I did was realize that the "spam" I was reading was actually valuable information!
